Fall Color

I’m not really sure what this plant is, but the bright red ?berries? against the yellow foliage caught my eye.

Does anyone know what this plant is?

    Hi–I’m late in getting around to your lovely photo…these look like rose hips. (I think I can see thorns on the bush)
